Pork Chops with Bok Choy and Rice Noodles

While channel surfing yesterday morning I stumbled across Everyday Food on local PBS channel. They were making Pork Chops with Bok Choy and Rice Noodles and it look good a easy to make. I went online found the recipe and off to the local grocery store. I made the meal during the Oscars and it was easy, although I had to cook the meat longer then stated in the recipe.
